We offer free shipping and delivery on all of our products within the mainland UK.

For hardware and other large items dispatched via courier a delivery charge may apply depending on your location (eg. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, some areas of Scotland). If you are located in an area where a delivery charge is applicable this will be calculated and displayed once the item is added to your basket.

  • Royal Mail First Class.Second Class Signed For: On dispatch to you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days for first class ans 3-5 working days for second class is included in all orders . Click here to track your order
  • DPD ‘Next Business Day’ (UK Mainland): On dispatch you can expect to receive your order the next business day (Monday –Friday). Please note this will exclude some areas of Scotland which can take up to two working days for delivery. DPD have improved their service by introducing facility to track where the driver is 15 minutes before delivery. Click for more details
  • Please note that any orders placed after 3pm on a Thursdy will be processed the following day and your item will be delivered on the following Monday

 

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders through the Royal Mail delivery service will be dispatched up until 3pm (Monday –Friday), DPD deliveries up until 3pm (Monday –Friday). We do offer increased delivery availability during the festive season
If your order is placed outside of these hours it will be dispatched the next working day (Monday –Friday).

What if i pre order an item, when will i recieve the delivery?
When placing a preorder your item will be shipped as soon as we recieve the item. In most cases you will recieve the item on the release date, Royal mail are unable to guarantee this  but we  aim to deliver before hand so you will recieve your item on the rtelease shedule
Release dates are decided by the manufacturers and are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or Pre-order windows advertised by Us.
What if i would like to cancel/Amend my pre order?
