There are Gyms across the Galar Region that you can visit with the aim to take admirable title of Champion!
 
When does the new game launch?
New entries in the main series of Pokémon RPGs arrive on Nintendo Switch simultaneously in November 15th 2019.
Where is Pokémon Shield set?
The Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield games take place in the newly discovered Galar Region. Galar is an expansive region with diverse environments - an idyllic countryside, contemporary cities, thick forest and craggy, snow-covered mountains.
What happens in the game?
Player will have the opportunity to visit various Gyms in the Galar region in their quest to become Champion.
What are the starter Pokemon?
Newly discovered partner Pokémon join in this new iteration of the games - Grookey, Scorbunny and Sobble.
 
Introducing The Legendary Pokémon Zacian and Zamazenta!
 
These are the Legendary Pokémon that will be featured on the packages of Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield: 
 
  • Zacian attacks so gracefully that its movements can even captivate its opponents. It holds what appears to be a sword in its mouth.
  • Zamazenta’s regal and majestic movements overwhelm any opponents that dare face it. Its body is covered in what seems to be a shield.
 
They are shrouded in mystery and are even unknown to those who live in the Galar region.
 
The Wild Area is a vast expanse of land in the Galar region with untamed wilderness. While in the Wild Area, players can control the camera to explore the vast areas around them and search for Pokémon and items. Trainers will find a greater variety of Pokémon living in the Wild Area than anywhere else in the Galar region. 
 
Max Raid Battles are a new battle format that takes place in the Wild Area, in which the player will team up with three other Trainers to take on a wild Dynamax Pokémon. Trainers will then get a chance to catch the wild Dynamax Pokémon if they manage to defeat it - but it won’t go down easily 
 
Dynamax is a phenomenon unique to specific locations in the Galar region, where Pokémon can take on gigantic appearances during battle, and it’s an integral part of Pokémon battles in the region. All the moves of a Dynamax Pokémon will turn into special Max Moves!
 
The Legendary Pokémon Zacian and Zamazenta are shrouded in mystery and are unknown even to those who live in the Galar region

We offer free shipping and delivery on all of our products within the mainland UK for all orders over £50. For orders under £50 there is a set delivery charge of £3.95

For hardware and other large items dispatched via courier a delivery charge may apply depending on your location (eg. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, some areas of Scotland). Standard delivery - Smaller items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6.30pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, DPD.
You are able to track you order with your unique shipping reference whice was sent at the time of dispatch, this can also be found in your my account section if you have created one at the time of purchase

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders will be dispatched up until 2pm the same day (Monday –Friday). this is for all available delivery methods
 
If your order is placed outside of these hours it will be dispatched the next business day (Monday –Friday).

What if i pre order an item, when will i recieve the delivery?
When placing a preorder your item will be shipped as soon as we recieve the item. In most cases you will recieve the item on the release date, Royal mail are unable to guarantee this  but we  aim to deliver before hand so you will recieve your item on the release shedule
 
Release dates are decided by the manufacturers and are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or Pre-order windows advertised by Us.
