Stormy times return to calm, and every now and again we seize the opportunity to make a fresh start. We’re working together with the Colombian farmers’ federation to help Caquetá build back better. It’s about empowering farmers to work together to form and strengthen cooperatives. It’s about making sure farmers have the resources they need to start farming that great Colombian coffee again – that means land and agricultural supplies.

 

We split roast ESPERANZA DE COLOMBIA. The first split delivers the spin of this blend – it’s medium in time and color. The second split is a little darker in color but roasted in a shorter time. It gives this coffee its milder notes and fruity character.

 

ESPERANZA DE COLOMBIA is a mild coffee that is really light in acidity. It’s beautifully balanced and rounded, and it has aromas of yellow fruits with a hint of a cereal note.
